What to look for:
Borage oil should contain between 20 and 24% GLA (Gamma Linolenic
Acid). Look for products that are gently pressed without hexane or other
harsh chemicals. Labels will say "cold-pressed", "expeller-pressed"
or "fresh-pressed".
