What to look for:
Typical multi-EFA products contain a balanced blend of borage, fish,
and flax oils. Many are available in easy-to-swallow capsules or liquid
oils. Borage and flax oil in the mixture should be gently pressed without
hexane or other harsh chemicals. The label will say "cold-pressed",
"expeller-pressed" or "fresh pressed".
